Exploring the city’s top spots like the Forbidden City and the Zhang Zuolin Mansion was so convenient. The room itself smelled fresh and calming with a subtle lavender fragrance, which instantly relaxed me. The mattress was perfectly balanced—soft yet supportive, ideal for a good night’s sleep. Smart curtains and touch-controlled lighting added a nice modern touch, making everything feel effortless. Everything was spotless—no dust, no mess, just pure cleanliness. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for streaming or working. Plus, the in-room amenities like premium bath products and a well-stocked mini-bar made the stay even more enjoyable. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers excellent value for money. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Shenyang.

Lavande Hotel (Shenyang Olympic Center Wanda)

The staff, especially Xiao Zhao and Xiao Wei, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They offered us a free late check-out until 2 PM without hesitation—when we checked out at 2:30 PM, they didn’t even mention it as long as it didn’t affect the next guest’s arrival. The room rate was unbelievably affordable, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite—so touching! The room was spotless, with a humidifier included, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. For under $150, this was an absolute steal. Even though we only stopped by Shenyang briefly, the hotel left a lasting positive impression. The local jījiā (chicken legs) were delicious, and the tea drinks were refreshing and authentic. I’m already planning my next visit just to come back here. Highly recommend—this is one of those stays that truly makes a city feel special.

What stood out most was the huge pillow with a buckwheat filling inside—it provided excellent support and made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s robot concierge was such a fun and practical touch; it delivered my food order right to my door without any hassle. I also appreciated the free chrysanthemum tea offered in the lobby—simple but thoughtful, adding a warm, welcoming vibe. Every detail felt carefully considered, from the ambiance to the service. The staff went above and beyond by calling ahead to confirm arrival time and parking details—such a thoughtful touch! From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt warm and personalized. It’s clear they truly care about guest comfort. This hotel delivers exceptional value and service, and I’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love the aesthetic and color scheme at Xana – it’s always a plus for me. The room was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. The zero-gravity bed was a game-changer – I slept so soundly, woke up feeling refreshed. The in-room smart assistant (Xiao Du) worked seamlessly to control lights and AC with just voice commands – super convenient and fun, even my kid loved playing with it! Great for families. Located right near the metro station, it’s easy to get around to Aoti Center or Wanda Plaza. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Staying at Lavande Hotel in Shenyang's Zhongjie area was a great choice. The hotel is walking distance to Zhongjie shopping district and many nearby attractions—perfect for exploring on foot. Just note that parking isn’t allowed in the alley beside the hotel, as they issue tickets if you try. We ended up using the underground parking lot at the adjacent hospital, which was convenient enough despite the short walk back. Overall, the location is unbeatable, and the hotel’s proximity to everything makes it ideal for travelers who want to maximize their time sightseeing without worrying about transport. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The parking is super convenient, and the room was cozy, clean, and warmly decorated—perfect for a relaxing stay. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Niuniu, who kindly upgraded my room without any hassle. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk or quick ride away from major attractions like Zhongjie Street, Shenyang Imperial Palace, Da Shuai Fu Mansion, and Xiao Nan Church. Noise insulation is excellent—no disturbances at all during the night. Everyone on staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Niuniu stood out with his patience and helpfulness—truly a gem of a team member. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenyang.
