Staying at Niccolo Changsha was an absolute highlight of my trip. The room was spacious and bright, with top-tier amenities including a luxurious bathtub and a well-designed separate bathroom with a toilet—so convenient and modern. What truly blew me away was the elevator: it has a cozy sofa inside and takes you straight to the 93rd floor without stopping, making the ride feel like a mini luxury experience. The view from the high floor is unbeatable—overlooking Orange Isle, with a telescope provided for detailed sightseeing. I could even spot nearby famous food streets and popular local spots like Dongmao Street tea stalls and Denglong Street's famous 'Bunna' shop. The hotel’s location is perfect—elegant yet close to real street life, with countless trendy cafés and small shops just outside. Cleanliness was impeccable—no flaws anywhere. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. This place nails the balance between upscale sophistication and authentic local charm. A fantastic stay that exceeded all expectations.

Changsha Huatian Hotel

This was my first time staying at Changsha Huatian Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s just an 8-minute walk to Yuanjialing Metro Station, where both Line 2 and Line 6 are accessible. Line 2 takes you straight to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, while Line 6 offers direct access to the airport—super convenient for travel. Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My friends who visited also praised the value and hospitality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I’m already planning to return. Staying at The St. Regis Changsha was an absolute delight from start to finish. Even after nearly a decade, the hotel’s facilities are remarkably well-maintained—feeling almost brand new, which is impressive and speaks volumes about their upkeep. The cleanliness was outstanding; every corner, including the carpets, was spotless and meticulously cared for. The ambiance is serene and elegant, with tasteful design elements that make the space feel luxurious yet welcoming. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—on my birthday, the team surprised me with a thoughtful room decoration, and I even enjoyed dinner with friends at the hotel’s restaurant. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member went above and beyond. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and it’s clear they truly value guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning.

My stay at Wanda Vista Changsha was absolutely exceptional. The front desk manager, Candy, made the check-in process smooth and personal—she even noticed it was my birthday and surprised me with a small gift! To top it off, I was upgraded to a Deluxe River View King Room, which offered breathtaking views of the river and city skyline. The room itself was immaculate, with luxurious bedding that made for an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. Every detail reflected genuine care and attention. From warm hospitality to thoughtful touches, this hotel truly exceeded expectations. I can’t wait to return—the service, ambiance, and overall experience were outstanding.
