Kempinski Hotel Changsha

Staying at Kempinski Hotel Changsha was truly an exceptional experience. I first visited back when the hotel opened eleven years ago, and even then, the room design felt ahead of its time. Returning now, I’m amazed at how well-preserved everything still is—rooms are impeccably maintained, with only minor issues like slightly stiff cabinet doors that don’t detract from the overall quality. The bedside clock looks exactly as it did a decade ago—no signs of wear at all. It’s genuinely surprising and touching to see such consistency. Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, well-cared-for retreat in Changsha with thoughtful details and excellent hospitality, this is one of the best options around. A rare gem worth experiencing before it changes.

Lead-Goal Premier Hotel

Staying at Lead-Goal Premier Hotel in Changsha's Wuyi Square was an absolute delight. The hotel staff, especially Ella the concierge, went above and beyond—she patiently answered all our questions about transportation, local cuisine, and must-visit attractions, even sending us a detailed itinerary before check-in. Our room was upgraded free of charge by the front desk team, which made the stay even more special. On January 2nd, the housekeeping staff left a sweet handwritten note with a small gift—so thoughtful! Though I didn’t get a photo, it truly warmed my heart. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to both Line 2 and Line 6 of the metro, making it super easy to explore downtown Changsha. Everything from service to convenience was top-notch. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Definitely coming back next time.

Niccolo Changsha

Staying at Niccolo Changsha was an absolute highlight of my trip. The room was spacious and bright, with top-tier amenities including a luxurious bathtub and a well-designed separate bathroom with a toilet—so convenient and modern. What truly blew me away was the elevator: it has a cozy sofa inside and takes you straight to the 93rd floor without stopping, making the ride feel like a mini luxury experience. The view from the high floor is unbeatable—overlooking Orange Isle, with a telescope provided for detailed sightseeing. I could even spot nearby famous food streets and popular local spots like Dongmao Street tea stalls and Denglong Street's famous 'Bunna' shop. The hotel’s location is perfect—elegant yet close to real street life, with countless trendy cafés and small shops just outside. Cleanliness was impeccable—no flaws anywhere. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. This place nails the balance between upscale sophistication and authentic local charm. A fantastic stay that exceeded all expectations.

Changsha Huatian Hotel

This was my first time staying at Changsha Huatian Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s just an 8-minute walk to Yuanjialing Metro Station, where both Line 2 and Line 6 are accessible. Line 2 takes you straight to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, while Line 6 offers direct access to the airport—super convenient for travel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My friends who visited also praised the value and hospitality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I’m already planning to return. Staying at Days Hotel & Suites China Town near Wuyi Square and Changsha Railway Station was an absolute highlight of my trip to Changsha. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Yuanjialing Metro Station on Line 2, perfectly positioned between the busy train station and the bustling Wuyi Square. During peak hours, I never had to worry about crowded trains—Line 2 runs directly to Changsha South High-Speed Rail Station and intercity lines, making travel across the city super convenient. YANNIAN INTERCITY HOTEL

跨年夜前夕入住延年城際酒店,整體體驗真的無可挑剔。第一晚抵達時已是凌晨,但一進大堂就感受到溫暖的氛圍,彷彿回到家一樣安心。夜班同事態度專業,面對多個客人同時諮詢也井然有序,輪到我時更細心辦理入住,全程沒有催促或疏漏,這種貼心令人印象深刻。 第二天因要運送鮮花和禮物,我順口問了下有否小推車協助。沒想到前廳部李經理主動協調,幾位同事已在大堂門口等候,整個過程流暢又熱情,連電梯都安排得妥妥當當。特別要讚賞客房部張經理,全程陪同,電梯內還禮貌讓我先入,細節滿分!他對周邊環境和市場情況的了解也超專業,回答問題條理清晰,完全不像一般酒店服務員那樣機械應答。 套房裡的歡迎水果是當季新鮮果品,我半夜肚子餓,吃了一顆梨子,清甜爽口,心情都變好了。隔天陳阿姨主動清潔房間,連馬桶套都準備好,這種細心真係難得。後來發現我愛吃梨,谷阿姨竟然主動送上一份新鮮水果,訊息傳遞迅速,服務到位,令人心頭一暖。 還有那個放在桌上的手機支架,小小一個卻超實用,尤其對經常要開會或追劇的旅客來說,簡直是神來之筆。總體而言,延年城際酒店已經是我近年在長沙最常選擇的落腳點,原因就是它的人文關懷、服務質素與交通方便。真心希望未來能繼續保持這份用心,下次回來,一定再來感受!」},{

Mehood Elegant Hotel Changsha

I stayed at Mehood Elegant Hotel Changsha for six nights and had an excellent experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—special thanks to Miss Wong (Xiangbo) and Miss Fung (Mengyao) for their consistently warm and attentive service. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining staff were friendly and efficient. While some facilities show signs of aging, the room and common areas remained clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the team—this is what made my stay so memorable. Despite minor wear and tear, the exceptional service earned this hotel a near-perfect score in my book. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

Wanjiali International Hotel

Traveling to Changsha with my kids was always a bit stressful in planning, but choosing Wanjiali International Hotel turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The highlight wasn’t just the spacious rooms—it was the incredible service from the concierge team at the 273 counter. From the moment we arrived late in the afternoon, overwhelmed with luggage, toys, and snacks, a smiling staff member greeted us warmly. She immediately stepped in to help carry the heaviest bag, making the whole check-in process feel effortless and welcoming. I casually mentioned we were traveling with children while checking in—originally booked a standard twin room, just needing enough space for our family. To my surprise, she proactively upgraded us to a family suite without any request. That small act brought tears to my eyes—so thoughtful, so unexpected. Even better, she personally escorted us up via elevator with a luggage cart, explaining everything along the way: where the kids’ play area was, breakfast hours, and which floor had direct access to the shopping mall—perfect for hassle-free outings with little ones. Once in the room, she even helped organize our belongings, all with genuine kindness and patience. The suite exceeded expectations—huge space, spotless cleanliness, soft bedding, and amazing views. Honestly, I expected this trip to be exhausting, but thanks to her care, we barely had to worry about anything. It’s rare to find such authentic, heartfelt service—no script, no pressure, just warmth and attention. I’m already recommending this hotel to friends with kids. If we come back to Changsha, it’ll be here again.

Grand Hyatt Changsha

Staying at Grand Hyatt Changsha was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—everything we wanted to see was either a short subway ride away or just a quick walk. We easily reached Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle by metro, while Du Fu's Pavilion was literally across the street. It only took about 20 minutes to get to East Square, making it perfect for exploring the city without hassle. Around the hotel, there’s no shortage of great food and shopping—two convenient Haidilao locations within walking distance, and even Cha Yan Yue Se was just steps away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Tina Yu Ting from the Guest Services Lounge who made our check-in experience so smooth—she was especially attentive to our elderly family members and our kids, even gifting them little welcome treats. Our riverside room offered stunning views, and the natural light flooded in during the day, making every moment feel special. There’s also a unique collaboration store with the Provincial Museum—my kids loved browsing through the themed souvenirs, which were reasonably priced and perfect as gifts. The pool temperature was ideal for children, and they had a blast playing around. Breakfast was fantastic too—diverse options that catered to all tastes, with a strong focus on healthy eating. Unfortunately, due to our packed itinerary, we didn’t get to try the hotel’s dining venues beyond a lovely afternoon tea and a satisfying evening buffet. Still, the overall experience was outstanding. If we ever return to Changsha, this will be our first choice again.
