The rooftop terrace—on a clear day, you can see sweeping views of West Lake stretching into the distance. It’s perfect for sunset moments or just relaxing with a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the front desk agent, Miss Xiao Yuan, who went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Her warm hospitality really made a difference. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and come with bathtubs—ideal after a long day exploring Hangzhou’s sights. The location is convenient, close to public transit, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. A truly delightful stay.
Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel
Staying at Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel was an absolute delight. This four-star property offers incredible convenience, just steps away from Shentangqiao Metro Station. Line 19 provides direct access to the airport, East Station, and West Station—perfect for seamless travel. Line 2 connects you straight to Liangzhu, making it easy to explore beyond the city center. A taxi to the West Lake area takes just over ten minutes. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room is spacious, clean, and well-designed—far exceeding expectations for the price. I’ve already extended my stay for two additional nights, and honestly, I’d book again in a heartbeat. Truly a gem in Hangzhou.
