Paths are clean and well-kept, making it easy to wander around for hours just taking photos and soaking in the scenery. We booked the daily 10 AM 'Wangzhuang Cruise' tour, which circles West Lake in about an hour. The boat itself is spotless, with comfortable upholstered seats, air-conditioned enclosed cabins, and panoramic glass windows that offer stunning views of both sides of the lake. Special shoutout to Manager Zheng—your professionalism and warmth made all the difference! The ambiance throughout the hotel is excellent. Our river-view room faced the sports center and Hangzhou Gate directly, offering stunning views. Waking up early for breakfast, we even caught the sunrise from the dining area—pure magic. It’s true what they say: 'The early bird gets the worm'—and we definitely did! Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, from the service to the scenery. A truly memorable stay with outstanding value.
