This was my first time booking a hotel independently in Hangzhou, and I stumbled upon this Mercure by chance—what a lucky find! The location is ideal: just a short ride to the convention center and the airport, making everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even upgraded me to a larger room with a spacious 1.8-meter bed that made falling asleep effortless. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Everything about this trip felt smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers visiting Hangzhou, especially for events like comic cons. A real gem!
Crystal Orange Hotel Hangzhou West Lake
Stayed here for one night and was truly impressed! The room came with a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks—just let me know if you need more, I’m happy to help. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the lobby area, just turn left after entering the first floor—easy to find. Laundry facilities are on the 4th floor; after exiting the elevator, go right and the second door on the right has washing machines downstairs and dryers upstairs—fully self-service, very convenient. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s also just a short walk from West Lake, making it ideal for exploring the city. Great value for money and definitely a place I’d stay again.
