The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient—check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they even took time to answer questions about local attractions and recommend great spots to visit. She went above and beyond—waiting until well past 10 PM on New Year’s Eve to surprise me with a thoughtful gift, sharing her favorite local dining spot (a fantastic Japanese restaurant called Dolphin), and chatting warmly about everything from travel tales to life’s little joys. Even minor hiccups were handled with grace and kindness. Her presence turned what could’ve been just another vacation into something deeply personal and meaningful. Oakwood Apartments Sanya

Stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t be happier! The apartment-style rooms are incredibly convenient—fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, and a design I really love. I ended up staying in most of the time because it felt so comfortable and self-sufficient. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. Definitely coming back.
