I'm a repeat guest at this hotel, and I can confidently say it's one of the best stays I've had in Sanya. The service truly stands out—especially the front desk manager, Li Liying, whose attention to detail surpasses that of many high-end chains I've experienced, including Marriott and Tianyu. From proactive pre-arrival messages to complimentary room upgrades and thoughtful touches for my toddler (like baby bottles and a crib), every detail was handled with care. The location is perfect—close to public transit and just steps from the beach. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the entire stay felt seamless and relaxing. If I'm ever back in Sanya, this will be my first choice again.

Staying at this resort was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the room, I was greeted by a peaceful atmosphere—quiet, clean, and thoughtfully designed with attention to every little detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The staff, especially front desk agent Xú Xiǎochūn, stood out with her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The views from the room were breathtaking, overlooking lush greenery and the calm bay. Located just steps away from Luhoutou Scenic Area and the sailing marina, exploring nearby attractions was effortless. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, the location is ideal—easy access to everything without being in the middle of the chaos. It’s rare to find such a serene escape with such high-quality service and convenience. This place truly delivers on every level. I’ll definitely be back.
