Unlike other hotels where you’re forced to join crowded dining areas or even queue for breakfast, here everything felt calm and seamless. Even at the same price point, most properties don’t proactively explain room amenities or benefits—some guests end up missing perks because staff forget to apply them. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships.
