Location-wise, it’s perfect: just step outside and cross the street to find a great halal restaurant—first one we tried, and it was delicious! It’s less than a mile to West Lake, so walking there is a breeze. Within a short stroll, you’re at Silks City Mall—ideal for shopping. Plus, the building requires a key card to access the floors, which adds a nice sense of security. Everything from service to convenience hit the mark. The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, making it super easy to get around, especially heading to West Lake. The breakfast spread was impressive: fresh coffee brewed on-site, soy milk, and douhua—all served with care. Room cleanliness was top-notch; everything felt spotless and well-maintained. I loved the quiet, comfortable atmosphere, and the free parking was a big plus for travelers driving in. It’s rare to find such a great balance between comfort, convenience, and value. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time I visit Hangzhou. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay at this hotel, both times for concerts—last-minute tickets were tough to grab, so the booking price wasn’t super cheap. But honestly, the location more than makes up for it: just a short walk from the metro station, making trips to the big and small lotus venues around 20 minutes including walking time. Super convenient! The food delivery options nearby are solid—anything I ordered tasted good and there’s variety. Compared to other hotels near Civic Center, this one offers better value for money. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. One thing to note: the secondary building doesn’t have an elevator, and it’s only on the 3rd floor—so if you’re carrying luggage or have mobility concerns, it might be a bit of a hassle. Also, construction work on a new subway line is ongoing nearby, so daytime noise can be noticeable. Still, these minor drawbacks don’t outweigh the overall convenience and affordability. If you’re visiting for events and want easy access to transit, this place is definitely worth considering.

The lobby is bright, clean, and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive. While the single room isn’t very large, it’s thoughtfully designed with all essentials included—bed was comfortable, space felt efficient, and everything worked perfectly. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a couple of stops away from major attractions and shopping areas. Right across the street is Intime Department Store, plus two supermarkets and plenty of dining options—no need to go far for food or essentials. With its convenient access, great service, and clean rooms, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

I came to Hangzhou for a stand-up comedy show and ended up choosing this hotel after checking a few options. Even though it’s not in a bustling area, the location is peaceful and quiet, which I actually appreciated after a long day. The business king room isn’t huge, but it’s clean and well-maintained. One thing to note: the window in our room couldn’t be opened—though I believe some rooms do have operable windows, so it might be worth asking the front desk if that’s important to you. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff, especially the front desk guy, were incredibly friendly and helpful—my food delivery was even brought straight to the door.
