The city’s accessibility features are impressive too; the bridge has smooth, well-maintained elevators, which makes navigating with luggage or mobility aids much easier. That said, there’s no direct elevator from the second floor of the train station to the boarding area, so you’ll need to take a longer route—something to keep in mind if you’re rushing to catch a train. I’d recommend allowing extra time just to be safe. Overall, the location is unbeatable, and the hotel offers solid value for money. Perfect for business travelers or anyone looking to minimize transit stress.

That small gesture made my day! Though I forgot to take photos, the warm hospitality truly stood out. Location-wise, it's just a 1-kilometer walk to Zhejiang Museum and about 3.5 km from West Lake scenic area—super convenient for exploring on foot or by metro. Great value, excellent service, and a highly recommended stay!

While the facilities are from about five years ago, they’re still in great condition thanks to consistent maintenance. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located on the 26th floor of Qianjiang Times Plaza, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!
