The staff, including Irena, Ivy, Coco, and Sita, were incredibly warm and attentive throughout my visit. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained—every detail reflected high standards. Located just steps from Huamao Center subway station, getting there was a breeze. Whether it’s for business or leisure, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience with genuine hospitality and top-tier comfort. Definitely worth every penny.

We stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing to reunite with family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. A heartfelt thanks to June for her exceptional service—she was prompt, attentive, and always available whenever we needed help. Her warm personality and genuine smile made the entire stay feel welcoming and personal. Since we were traveling with kids, we opted for the executive room, and the executive lounge was a highlight. While not as extensive as the main lobby buffet, the offerings were refined, delicious, and served in a quiet, peaceful setting—perfect for families with little ones. The staff at the lounge went above and beyond to care for our children, making us feel truly at home. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from SKP and China World Trade Center, with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within easy reach. Public transport access is also convenient. One minor note: room soundproofing could be improved—the hallway and neighboring rooms are quite audible. But that’s a small trade-off for such a high-quality stay overall. This hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.

The location is unbeatable: just steps away from SKP Guomao and the Dawanglu Metro Station, making it easy to explore downtown or shop till you drop. And during winter, the heating system is excellent—so warm that I actually turned on the AC at night! It’s all about comfort, convenience, and a great vibe. This place truly delivers value for money and offers a memorable urban retreat. Definitely coming back.
