We were also touched by Rebecca and Ethan from guest experience, who prepared a special photo frame as a keepsake. When we returned to our room, my daughter spotted it instantly and exclaimed, 'This is me and Daddy!' The joy and emotion in that moment brought tears to our eyes. The warmth and personal touch from every staff member made us feel truly welcomed, especially during Beijing’s chilly winter. It wasn’t just a hotel stay—it felt like coming home. What truly stood out was the exceptional service: every staff member greeted us warmly and professionally, always with a smile. Whether it was a simple request or something more specific, the team responded quickly and efficiently, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The parking facility is managed by a third party, but guests enjoy a daily credit of up to $100—great value for those driving in. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Overall, this was a relaxing, luxurious escape in the heart of Beijing. I’d highly recommend Conrad Beijing to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

Celebrating New Year's Day at Rosewood Beijing was the perfect way to start the year. With chilly weather outside, staying put in this luxurious hotel felt like a dream. I’ve always admired Rosewood’s design aesthetic, and this stay didn’t disappoint—the executive suite might not be huge, but the view from the windows is absolutely unbeatable. Even the little touches, like my initials embroidered on the pillowcase, made the experience feel personal and special. The executive lounge exceeded expectations—both the food quality and service were outstanding, easily among the best I’ve experienced in China. And then there’s the pool: even in winter, it feels like stepping into a serene greenhouse garden. Calm, elegant, and breathtakingly beautiful—hands down, one of the most stunning pools in Beijing. A true gem.

Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center

Every weekend, I look forward to unwinding with a little peace and quiet—just me, a good book, and a break from the daily grind. Lately, my go-to has been the Executive Room at Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center, and it’s quickly become my cherished weekend ritual. Sure, the room is more compact compared to other luxury hotels, but the view of the Liangma River from the window makes every moment feel special—so serene, so picturesque, I can’t help but linger by the window. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary. A place where stress melts away, and memories are made. This year, we’ve already booked our Lunar New Year stay. Can’t wait to return and relive that feeling all over again.

My stay at Kerry Hotel, Beijing was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. The front desk agent, Miss Sun Yan, was incredibly efficient and professional—check-in was quick and smooth, and she patiently answered all my questions with a warm smile. I especially appreciated her help during New Year's Eve for securing a great spot to enjoy the first-floor party; it made the celebration even more memorable. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff on the 16th floor, particularly Mr. Fan, who consistently maintained an immaculate environment. His attention to detail—like straightening misplaced items and ensuring every corner was spotless—made the entire floor feel fresh and welcoming. I initially planned to stay just one night, but the level of care and comfort convinced me to extend my booking. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality in a luxury hotel, and this experience has definitely earned a repeat visit. Highly recommended.

The food quality remained excellent throughout my stay—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I particularly loved the minced pork with eggplant and the stir-fried cucumber with eggs—simple but delicious. Even better, when I called the front desk, they kindly upgraded my room without hesitation. That kind gesture made a big difference. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and professional. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a home away from home. The staff, including Irena, Ivy, Coco, and Sita, were incredibly warm and attentive throughout my visit. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained—every detail reflected high standards. Located just steps from Huamao Center subway station, getting there was a breeze. Whether it’s for business or leisure, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience with genuine hospitality and top-tier comfort. Definitely worth every penny.
