The coffee shop staff were consistently attentive and efficient, while the concierge and maintenance team went above and beyond to assist with every request. The only minor note: Baguio isn’t as cool as it used to be decades ago, so we’d highly recommend upgrading room air conditioning for greater comfort, especially during warmer periods.
