The location is excellent—super accessible whether you're taking a taxi or jeepney. From the city center, it’s only about 80 PHP more for a ride. However, the amenities are seriously lacking. There’s no kettle in the room, so we had to walk down the stairs from the third floor just to get hot water at the lobby—especially inconvenient with a baby in tow. Even though there’s a mini kitchen, there’s no refrigerator, no tissues provided, and absolutely no bathroom essentials like shampoo or soap. The room cleanliness was poor, with a musty smell reminiscent of an old cabinet, and the floor felt sticky and unclean. We asked for an extra pillow, but nothing was offered—service was disappointing. Also, they assigned us a third-floor room despite knowing we had an infant, and the room has no direct outdoor window. It’s frustrating that such basic needs aren’t met. Overall, the value doesn’t match the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for families.

He carefully checked our blood pressure, even rechecked after identifying elevated readings in our group of seniors, and kindly offered me paracetamol for my headache. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. The coffee shop staff were consistently attentive and efficient, while the concierge and maintenance team went above and beyond to assist with every request. The only minor note: Baguio isn’t as cool as it used to be decades ago, so we’d highly recommend upgrading room air conditioning for greater comfort, especially during warmer periods. Despite that, our experience was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend Le Monet Hotel to anyone visiting—excellent service, warm hospitality, and a truly memorable stay.
