The staff went above and beyond: friendly front desk team helped arrange transportation and brought fresh fruit. At breakfast, Dan from the restaurant was incredibly warm—she patiently adjusted the soup base for my child’s taste. Free fresh fruit drinks at the lobby were a lovely touch, and when I rushed off to catch my flight without lunch, the team quietly slipped me an apple.
