Staying at Ji Hotel (Xi'an Xinjiamiao Subway Station) was an excellent experience, especially for business travelers. The highlight has to be the free washing and drying machines—super convenient, and they even provide soap and plastic bags for laundry collection. At first, I wasn’t sure how to use them, so I asked the front desk. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also took the extra step of washing, drying, folding the clothes, and delivering them straight to my room. That kind of thoughtful service really stands out. The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. You can easily try authentic Xi’an dishes like the famous Sāozi Mian (noodles in spicy sauce) for just 10–12 RMB (around $200–240 JPY), or a classic Roujiamo (meat sandwich) for about 8 RMB ($160 JPY). Great value, delicious food, and super affordable—perfect for budget-conscious travelers who want to enjoy real local flavors without breaking the bank.

Staying at New Simo Hotel (Xi'an Hujiamiao Metro Station) was a highlight of my trip to Xi'an. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Hujiamiao Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, with a cozy bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. But what truly made the experience special was the nearby Cuizhuashan Mountain. The hike through winding trails offered breathtaking views—towering peaks, strange rock formations, deep caves, and crystal-clear waters that looked like a painting come to life. I paused by the Heavenly Lake, snapping photos framed by lush greenery and shimmering water, and couldn’t resist taking a picture in front of the mysterious Ice Wind Cave, a true testament to nature’s artistry. Every moment felt refreshing and inspiring. From start to finish, the hotel delivered excellent value, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.
