Dazhaimen Hotel

The location of Dazhaimen Hotel is excellent—right on Wangfujing Street, just a short walk from the subway station. It takes less than 30 minutes to reach Tiananmen Square for the flag-raising ceremony, and walking is the best option if you're up early. I stayed for three nights. The first night was a bit noisy due to the room being near the stairs—common in older buildings where footsteps echo when going up and down. But I mentioned it to the front desk the next day, and the staff were incredibly helpful—they immediately arranged a quieter, larger room with much better comfort. The bathroom is a bit small, but everything else was clean, well-maintained, and very functional. Overall, this is a great value for money stay in central Beijing, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Coming to Beijing on a work trip by car, the free parking at this hotel was a game-changer—really saved me time and stress. Unlike other hotels with pricey parking, this one made everything so much easier. Located right next to a quiet residential area, it’s peaceful yet still close to everything. The room was spacious and bright, with soft carpeting and top-quality bedding that made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation layout—very practical and clean. Every corner was spotless, showing excellent attention to hygiene. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Plus, being just steps from Jiande Men Station on Line 10 makes subway travel super convenient. Nearby, there’s a Hema supermarket and a large shopping center—perfect for grabbing essentials or enjoying a meal. Everything you need is within reach. Staying at Blossom House·Hou Hai Beijing in Yangfang Hutong was such a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Houhai Lake and the Drum Tower, making it perfect for exploring Beijing’s historic heart. The hotel’s interior design stands out with its creative use of irregular shapes, which might not be everyone’s taste, but I appreciated the unique character. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the bed—excellent mattress and high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

I was thrilled to book a Comfort Room again—so happy! While the hotel isn’t brand new and some facilities show their age, everything is well-maintained and functional. Cleanliness stands out—every corner is spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right in the heart of Xidan, with shopping, dining, and subway access just steps away. During the holiday season, the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive vibes—warm, cheerful, and full of spirit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even accommodated my late checkout without any hassle. This is hands down my go-to choice for business trips. Convenient, reliable, and consistently great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel - Marriott International

Staying at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip. Located right in the heart of Beijing, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Wangfujing shopping street and major attractions like the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured all the amenities we needed. The view of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Mountain was simply unforgettable. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the lobby—warm, festive, and beautifully decorated. The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!

Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel

My stay at Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The package I booked included breakfast for one guest and complimentary parking—such a thoughtful touch, especially for those driving in. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent lighting and top-quality bedding that made for a truly restful night. Breakfast was well-rounded, offering a great mix of international and local options—perfect for starting the day right. Located in a prime area, the hotel is just steps away from multiple subway lines, making it super convenient to explore the city. But what really stood out was the service from front desk agent Xiao Yin. She went above and beyond to assist me with my needs, always with a warm smile and genuine care. It’s rare to find staff who make you feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued. Her professionalism and kindness turned what could’ve been just a regular hotel stay into something memorable. This place isn’t just about luxury—it’s about heart. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be.
