The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a serene atmosphere enhanced by the beautiful fountain and water feature. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean—true comfort with a touch of elegance. High-quality toiletries added a nice personal touch. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and well worth every penny. Beijing Hotel NUO

Staying at Beijing Hotel NUO in Wangfujing was an absolute pleasure. Located right on Dong Chang'an Street, the hotel is just a short walk from Wangfujing Metro Station (Lines 4 and 8), making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Right outside the door, you're surrounded by Wangfujing pedestrian street — packed with shopping malls, boutiques, local eateries, and souvenir shops. Everything you need is within easy reach. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cleanliness was top-notch — everything looked spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures. The interior design has a unique, elegant charm that really sets the tone for a refined experience. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Xiao Han and Xiao Song — their warm welcome, helpful tips, and attentive service made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. A truly memorable stay with excellent value and outstanding hospitality.
