The night shift staff, including Miss Tang, were warm and welcoming too—everyone on the floor greeted guests with a smile, creating a genuinely friendly atmosphere. While the hotel is located on Xingying Road and not directly adjacent to the main tourist area (requiring a short taxi ride), its quiet location offers a peaceful retreat. Public transport access is decent, and the overall value for money is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room view? Stunning—direct sightlines to the historic city wall and train station, which added a special charm to our stay. Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive. When we mentioned the room felt a bit warm on our first night, they immediately upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra cost—a truly unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable.
