Our Huanxiang Suite, measuring 103 square meters, felt spacious and airy, making it incredibly comfortable for our family stay. The bedding was plush and fresh with no strange odors, and the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive—daily cleaning, plus a second tidy-up in the evening, which made a big difference. The staff on the executive floor were especially memorable: warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. They greeted my child by name each time and even brought over two small packs of chips just because he liked them—such a sweet, personal touch. The executive lounge snacks were also excellent—on our first night, when we were rushing to get ready, I stopped by for a quick bite. There was a good variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well-curated. Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable—just across from the Tang Paradise Garden, a short walk to the lively Tang Dynasty Night Market, and close to Qujiang Book City. Everything is pedestrian-friendly, which is perfect for exploring the area at your own pace. The concierge at the lobby was outstanding—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. A few words were enough for him to understand exactly what I needed, living up to the Gold Key reputation. Overall, while it might not be the flashiest hotel in town, the service quality ranks among the top I've experienced. It’s calm, respectful, and deeply considerate—everyone knows their role and executes it flawlessly. That level of consistency is rare. One small suggestion: please extend breakfast service a bit longer. We arrived around 10:30, and the serving station had already been cleared—plates and tongs were gone—even though food was still available. It left latecomers stranded without tools to serve themselves. A minor fix, but would make a big difference. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Despite being in the heart of the city, the place is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. The hotel is walking distance to Yonghui Supermarket and Kaidi Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. Best of all? Food delivery arrives via robot—so futuristic and efficient! Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. I lived here in the 70s and early 80s, and every time I passed by that iconic main building (now part of Sofitel Legend), it brought back so many memories. This recent four-night stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. On sunny days, I loved walking around the quiet courtyard—it’s peaceful and full of charm. The staff were incredibly attentive: someone guided me to park, and others helped with luggage without being asked. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with great variety. Just steps away is Xincheng Square—perfect for a morning stroll among the friendly pigeons. In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach Muslim Quarter (Beiyuanmen) and even walk straight to Bell Tower. There’s also a small museum inside the Sofitel Legend building that shares the rich history of the original Renmin Building, including photos of famous visitors over the years. It’s like staying in a living piece of history. With its unbeatable location, warm hospitality, and unique heritage vibe, this hotel offers amazing value. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Xi'an.
