The location is excellent, just a short walk from Yuexiu Park and the Friendship Theatre, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. It’s rare to find such a pleasant stay at this price point. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options nearby, and just a short walk from the subway entrance, making business trips super hassle-free. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even brought water late at night without hesitation. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Clean rooms, excellent service, and great value—this is definitely a hotel I’ll be returning to on my next trip to Guangzhou.

What really stood out was the warm welcome: as soon as I checked in, staff offered me a refreshing cup of tea—such a thoughtful touch that made the whole stay feel personal. Located right next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and just steps from the Ximenkou Metro Station, getting around Guangzhou was incredibly easy. Staying at the newly opened Lavande Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, everything felt fresh and well thought out. The room was beautifully designed—clean, stylish, and completely free of any unpleasant odors. All the toiletries were provided, and the blackout curtains made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient—check-in was smooth and quick, and they even offered a nice discount on my next stay. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh ingredients, tasty options that cater to most tastes, and great value. Overall, this hotel delivers top-notch comfort and service. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and will be back myself soon.

White Swan Hotel

Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou

We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.
