We brought our dog along, which usually causes a lot of stress when booking accommodations—but not here. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed space. The ground floor lounge has a cozy coffee corner where you can relax and even hang out with the resident cats—such a nice touch. What truly stood out was how welcoming and pet-friendly the staff were. When we went out exploring local attractions, they happily looked after our dog, letting it roam freely in the common area as if it were part of the family. It felt like our furry friend was spoiled rotten! The room itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and set in a standalone villa, so opening the window brought in fresh air and peaceful views of greenery outside. Every detail was considered—from individually packaged toiletries to high-quality towels and slippers. No unpleasant odors, no clutter, just pure comfort. We genuinely didn’t want to check out. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations.
