The property itself is a beautifully preserved single-family courtyard house built with old bricks, tiles, and stone, radiating the authentic charm of ancient Chang'an—the capital of thirteen dynasties. Every detail feels intentional, full of history and soul. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like coming home. The resident cat duo, named Chuyi and Shiwu, greet you with adorable curiosity, while the friendly Great Pyrenees dog (a gentle giant!) adds to the homely vibe. The amenities are thoughtfully provided: a secure parking area, laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny garden drying zone. Also noticed a small yellow spot on the projector screen, but it didn’t affect the viewing quality at all; the image was sharp and the sound system delivered great immersion. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the stay. Great value for money, excellent location, and a comfortable home-away-from-home vibe. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.
