Located right on Xixi Road, the hotel is incredibly convenient—just an 8-minute drive from Lingyin Temple and Huanglong Commercial Area. The rooms are wonderfully quiet, with excellent soundproofing that makes it easy to relax and sleep peacefully. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the room layout feels thoughtful and spacious. I especially loved the large, bright bathroom with modern amenities and the beautiful wooden flooring that adds warmth and character to the space. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse and fresh, offering both Western and Chinese options, all prepared right in front of you. It’s rare to find such quality and variety in a boutique hotel. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, location, and a touch of elegance.

The breakfast buffet may not have an overwhelming variety, but everything is fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Dining at Jinsha Hall is a highlight—it's one of the top-tier restaurants in Hangzhou, offering both quality and elegance. Every detail reflects care and attention, making this stay unforgettable. I’d absolutely return without hesitation.

Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou

I was a bit nervous before my trip after reading so many reviews, and originally planned to book two rooms—luckily, I only ended up securing one. Still, I decided to give it a try and called the reservations team. I was connected with Miss Shao Linyang, who was incredibly helpful. Even though we couldn’t secure an additional room, she followed up promptly and made sure every step was communicated clearly. To my surprise, she upgraded my room and even left fresh fruit upon arrival. When I mentioned I’d be traveling with a child, she proactively arranged kid-friendly amenities, and the room came equipped with a mini-bar—thoughtful touches that really stood out. As a long-standing five-star property, the service level is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wulin Night Market, and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. On days when traffic restrictions made taxis hard to find, walking became the easiest option. Breakfast was generous in both variety and quality. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Miss Shao for her professionalism and warm hospitality—it truly made all the difference.

West Lake State Guesthouse

Staying at West Lake State Guesthouse was an absolute delight. The facilities exceeded my expectations—spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. The room was immaculately clean, and every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the location: just a short walk from West Lake, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Getting to Feilai Feng was also quick and easy by car or public transport. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—always smiling, ready to assist, and going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Dining at Zhiwei Hall was another highlight. The food was excellent, with authentic flavors and beautiful presentation. While some dishes were on the pricier side, considering the quality, setting, and service, it felt justified. My family especially loved the taste of the signature dishes and kept raving about them afterward. Overall, this was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. A top-tier experience with outstanding value. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou.
