A short stroll takes you straight to Hai'eng Dam, with easy access to ethnic villages and Hai'eng Park—ideal for sightseeing or just relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional—wide variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. The Chinese restaurant stood out especially; their claypot rice was rich, aromatic, and unforgettable. The second bedroom has a slightly smaller bed, so we had my mom and kid stay in the main room while my husband and I took the smaller one—no issues at all. We were served everything from steamed buns to regional specialties, and it felt like a real treat every morning. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels brand new. The highlight? The outdoor hot spring pool with multiple options—there’s a therapeutic pool, a large swimming pool, and a cozy indoor heated pool. Since we visited during the off-season, it was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Bonus: the arcade area! A few machines are free to play, which was a big hit with the kids, especially since the place wasn’t crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful—offering luggage assistance and fast parking service.
