While the room is on the smaller side and soundproofing could be better, these minor drawbacks don’t take away from the overall experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the park and close to the hospital, making it ideal for both sightseeing and medical visits. What stood out most was the staff’s genuine kindness; they were proactive in offering helpful directions to pedestrians and drivers alike, showing great empathy and professionalism. The hotel team was efficient and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. That said, I noticed the bathroom drain wasn’t as efficient as it could be—regular cleaning would help prevent buildup. Also, there was some hard-to-remove scale in the kettle, which took forever to scrub by hand. A simple soak with vinegar or baking soda every few weeks would make maintenance much easier. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the room was so quiet that I still slept really well. Overall, the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful service, and excellent value make this a top choice for my next visit.

We did notice a small issue with the initial room, but after mentioning it to the front desk, they promptly arranged a different room without any hassle. What really stood out was the housekeeping manager—she noticed my elderly companion had difficulty moving around and kindly added extra tissues and bottled water to our room. These little touches made such a big difference. The entire stay felt personal, comfortable, and genuinely homely. Service was attentive, efficient, and full of warmth. I’d definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable, friendly, and well-organized place to stay in Beijing.

Staying here with my kids was such a great experience! The elevator made things so much easier—no need to carry little ones up and down stairs. The location is unbeatable: right downstairs you've got Qingfeng Baozi, Menkuang Lurou, a short walk to Tianxingju, and Fangzhuichang Zha Jiang Mian—all perfect for breakfast without having to go far. Plus, it's just steps away from Tiananmen Square, Building 7, and Line 8 subway station, making exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. Great value for money, especially with family travel in mind. I’d definitely come back again.

It’s bustling yet peaceful—true urban convenience without the noise. The staff were warm, efficient, and always smiling, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. They even offered free luggage storage—a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. The room itself was a pleasant surprise: clean, modern, and smartly designed with great space utilization. The bedding was soft and comfortable, leading to some of my best sleep during the trip. The bathroom features excellent dry-wet separation, strong water pressure, and instant hot water. Most impressive? The soundproofing—despite being on a busy street, I wasn’t disturbed by any outside noise. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a generous breakfast spread, and convenient luggage storage all added up to that 'home away from home' feeling. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the bed—excellent mattress and high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

Adding some rice noodles or vermicelli dishes, maybe even a spicy beef noodle option, would be a great addition to the menu. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the lobby—warm, festive, and beautifully decorated. The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!
