The room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured all the amenities we needed. The view of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Mountain was simply unforgettable. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the lobby—warm, festive, and beautifully decorated. The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!

Check-in was smooth, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere that my kids loved. They took lots of fun photos around the decor. The staff were incredibly welcoming and patiently guided us through room options that suited our needs—no rush, no hassle. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a luxurious feel throughout, living up to its five-star reputation. I especially want to thank Mei Ling at reception—her professionalism and warm attitude made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it truly elevated our experience. Definitely a place I’d return to on future visits to Beijing.

The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.
