On one occasion, our food delivery didn’t arrive, but the front desk staff handled it with great patience and professionalism. They immediately helped us contact the delivery service, resolved the issue, and even explained that since our hotel shares the same address as a nearby apartment complex, delivery mix-ups happen occasionally. They advised us to be extra clear when placing orders in the future. The only minor downside was that the room only had two chairs, so one person couldn’t sit comfortably during meals. But considering the excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly service, this was a small trade-off. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

The location is absolutely perfect—easy access by subway or car, and the hotel even offers parking registration. Right outside, you have Jagalchi Market, Gwangbok Street, and the International Market—all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and exploring super convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Best of all, my room had a direct view of the tower from the window—way better than I expected! This stay exceeded every expectation, and the value for money was outstanding.

When booking, double-check your reservation details—ask the front desk upon check-in if you’ve received your discount voucher from Oliver Young. However, the restaurant owner nearby handled all the check-in coordination smoothly—no stress at all. We arrived early and wanted to drop off our luggage, but unfortunately, the elevator was under maintenance. We had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs, which was a bit tiring, but since it’s a one-unit-per-floor layout, we left our bags safely by the staircase. Initially, I was a little uneasy, but after connecting via Line with the host, they reassured us they’d keep an eye on things. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. The main reason we booked? The kids’ pool and slide! As soon as we walked into the room, my daughter lit up—she didn’t want to leave for two full days. The space is well-equipped, with a full set of amenities including a karaoke system, though we didn’t try it since none of us understood Korean lyrics! Upon checkout, they allowed free luggage storage, which was super helpful for early flights or late arrivals. While the room didn’t come with bottled water, there’s a self-service water station right by the main elevator on the first floor. On the second floor, you’ll find laundry and drying facilities, plus a drinking fountain and microwave for quick meals.
