When we got there, all the twin rooms were taken, so we were upgraded to a king-size room. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and even offered a complimentary upgrade to a business king room, which came with an extra two-seater sofa and coffee table—perfect for snacking at night. Dinner was delivered straight to our door by the hotel’s robot delivery service. It was seamless and surprisingly convenient.
