After finishing her current task, she swiftly processed a replacement and even suggested getting an extra backup card—so I wouldn’t face the same hassle again. Her attentiveness, calm demeanor, and genuine care stood out so much. It’s rare to encounter service this thoughtful and personal. When we got there, all the twin rooms were taken, so we were upgraded to a king-size room. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and even offered a complimentary upgrade to a business king room, which came with an extra two-seater sofa and coffee table—perfect for snacking at night. Dinner was delivered straight to our door by the hotel’s robot delivery service. It was seamless and surprisingly convenient. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying—just enough to start the day right. Everything about this stay was spot-on. If I ever pass through this area again, I’ll definitely be back here.
