The staff went above and beyond—they noticed I had a minor skin abrasion and kindly offered a bandage. The hotel is brand new, and there’s still a faint smell of fresh paint in the room—nothing overwhelming, just a reminder that it’s freshly renovated. Everything is well thought out: modern amenities, spacious layout, and plenty of storage space with generous closet space. The staff are friendly and professional, and breakfast is solid—especially the coffee machine, which delivers a great cup every time. My only note is that when we checked in during late November, the air conditioning wasn’t working—we were stuck at 19°C. We assumed it was our mistake at first, but after two cold nights, we finally called the front desk. They explained that heating isn’t turned on until winter officially starts; since November is considered fall here, they don’t activate the heating system yet. They quickly sent over a small electric heater, which made all the difference. It’s a minor inconvenience, but handled well by the team. Overall, this is a fantastic value for the location—super convenient if you're traveling through Hangzhou East Railway Station, and I’d definitely stay again.

Staying at Vance Hotel (East Railway Station Airport Road Branch) during a business trip was an absolute find! The room was spacious and bright, with all the modern amenities you'd want—plus high-quality toiletries that felt premium. I loved having access to both the gym and laundry facilities, which made my short stay super convenient. Located just steps away from East Railway Station, it’s perfect for travelers needing quick access to trains or the airport. Plus, there are plenty of great dining options and shops nearby—no need to go far for food or fun. The front desk staff, especially Coco, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The smart room features made everything feel futuristic and easy to use—lighting, climate control, it all worked smoothly. Everything about this hotel screams value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!

PI hotel

Staying at PI Hotel in Hangzhou was such a fun and memorable experience! Located right near Huanglong Sports Center, it’s super convenient to get around—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!
