I casually mentioned we were traveling with children while checking in—originally booked a standard twin room, just needing enough space for our family. To my surprise, she proactively upgraded us to a family suite without any request. That small act brought tears to my eyes—so thoughtful, so unexpected. Even better, she personally escorted us up via elevator with a luggage cart, explaining everything along the way: where the kids’ play area was, breakfast hours, and which floor had direct access to the shopping mall—perfect for hassle-free outings with little ones. The ambiance is serene and elegant, with tasteful design elements that make the space feel luxurious yet welcoming. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—on my birthday, the team surprised me with a thoughtful room decoration, and I even enjoyed dinner with friends at the hotel’s restaurant. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member went above and beyond. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and it’s clear they truly value guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning.

跨年夜前夕入住延年城際酒店，整體體驗真的無可挑剔。第一晚抵達時已是凌晨，但一進大堂就感受到溫暖的氛圍，彷彿回到家一樣安心。夜班同事態度專業，面對多個客人同時諮詢也井然有序，輪到我時更細心辦理入住，全程沒有催促或疏漏，這種貼心令人印象深刻。 第二天因要運送鮮花和禮物，我順口問了下有否小推車協助。沒想到前廳部李經理主動協調，幾位同事已在大堂門口等候，整個過程流暢又熱情，連電梯都安排得妥妥當當。特別要讚賞客房部張經理，全程陪同，電梯內還禮貌讓我先入，細節滿分！他對周邊環境和市場情況的了解也超專業，回答問題條理清晰，完全不像一般酒店服務員那樣機械應答。 套房裡的歡迎水果是當季新鮮果品，我半夜肚子餓，吃了一顆梨子，清甜爽口，心情都變好了。隔天陳阿姨主動清潔房間，連馬桶套都準備好，這種細心真係難得。後來發現我愛吃梨，谷阿姨竟然主動送上一份新鮮水果，訊息傳遞迅速，服務到位，令人心頭一暖。 還有那個放在桌上的手機支架，小小一個卻超實用，尤其對經常要開會或追劇的旅客來說，簡直是神來之筆。總體而言，延年城際酒店已經是我近年在長沙最常選擇的落腳點，原因就是它的人文關懷、服務質素與交通方便。真心希望未來能繼續保持這份用心，下次回來，一定再來感受！」},{
