Once in the room, she even helped organize our belongings, all with genuine kindness and patience. The suite exceeded expectations—huge space, spotless cleanliness, soft bedding, and amazing views. Honestly, I expected this trip to be exhausting, but thanks to her care, we barely had to worry about anything. It’s rare to find such authentic, heartfelt service—no script, no pressure, just warmth and attention. I’m already recommending this hotel to friends with kids. If we come back to Changsha, it’ll be here again.

Huaya International Hotel

Staying at Huaya International Hotel in Changsha was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to public transit and only 5 minutes to the highway, making travel in and out of the city super convenient. The parking lot is huge and well-organized, which made dropping off luggage stress-free. The staff went above and beyond—especially Manager Nie, who personally brought me fresh fruit upon check-in. That little touch really made me feel welcome. My room was spotless, with a perfectly comfortable bed that offered just the right amount of support. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. If you're visiting Changsha, this hotel is an excellent choice—highly recommended!
