The hotel is just a short walk from the station—less than 1 kilometer—so it’s super convenient. But what really stood out was the airport/train station pickup service. On the day I was rushing to catch my train, the staff member (a friendly young guy) literally got me through traffic and dropped me off at the closest underground passage. Without that help, I’d have been stuck in the jam right outside the station—I can’t thank him enough! The room was cozy and well-heated, so I never felt cold at night. Hot water pressure was excellent for showers, no complaints there. And peace and quiet after dark? Perfect for a good night’s sleep. The front desk team were warm, polite, and always ready to assist. Plus, it’s close to the metro, making trips to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain super easy. This place offers great value and top-notch hospitality—definitely a go-to choice if you're visiting Changsha.
