Cleanliness was outstanding—every corner was spotless, with daily housekeeping ensuring the rooms, hallways, elevators, and lobby stayed pristine. I was especially impressed by the complimentary upgrade to a larger suite with a balcony, which added so much value. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, with open views of lush greenery, and being tucked away on a quiet inner street means it's peaceful and relaxing. The interior design is top-notch, with attention to detail that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Breakfast offers a great variety and tastes delicious—perfect for starting the day right. There’s a well-equipped gym on the 9th floor and an amazing rooftop terrace on the 10th floor, offering fantastic city views and a serene atmosphere ideal for unwinding or enjoying a sunset drink.
