This hotel is an absolute gem for value and convenience. Located just a 10-minute walk from Datang Metro Station, getting around Guangzhou is super easy—whether you're heading to Canton Tower or exploring the city center. The area right outside the hotel is packed with local street food stalls, so dinner options are plentiful and authentic. The hotel itself has a stylish yet slightly vintage vibe—clean, well-organized, and surprisingly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff, especially Xiao Can, were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s also just a 10–15 minute stroll to Haizhu Lake, perfect for a morning walk or quiet moment in nature. Despite its modest price point, the quality of the room and overall experience exceeds expectations. If you're visiting Guangzhou on a budget but still want comfort and convenience, this place is a must-stay. Highly recommend!
