The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, especially the Heavenly Bed—so soft and supportive that I slept like a baby. They upgraded me to a high-floor riverside view room, and the panoramic views of the Pearl River were breathtaking. Waking up to that view was pure joy. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations—plenty of variety, from delicious dim sum (the rice noodle rolls were amazing) to fresh fruits and western options. Staff were attentive and responded instantly to any request—truly hospitality at its finest. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff, especially Xiao Can, were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s also just a 10–15 minute stroll to Haizhu Lake, perfect for a morning walk or quiet moment in nature. Despite its modest price point, the quality of the room and overall experience exceeds expectations. Free laundry and drying service is such a convenient bonus, especially during busy travel days. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and I even appreciated the follow-up courtesy from the safety team—it really made me feel valued. The meeting room was well-equipped with a clear projector and stable internet—ideal for professional gatherings. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, including fresh hot dishes, juicy fruits, and rich, freshly brewed coffee. While the exterior looks a bit dated, the room itself is completely refreshed and feels brand new. It’s spacious, bright, and well-designed with clean, modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—my room was upgraded without any hassle, and all requested items arrived quickly in the room. One of the highlights? The hallway offers a partial view of the Canton Tower (the 'Little Waist'), which made for some great photo ops. Overall, this place delivers excellent value, comfort, and charm.
