While there’s no delivery robot (I’m used to seeing them in Shenzhen, so I was a little surprised 😂), the takeaway boxes are neatly organized on the first floor for easy pickup. What truly made my stay special was my lovely hostess, Manman—she’s not only sweet-looking but also incredibly attentive and thoughtful. She greeted me with fresh welcome fruit upon arrival and went above and beyond to assist with any request. The afternoon tea and late-night snacks were delicious, the room was immaculately clean, and the amenities were top-tier—L'Occitane toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer made the experience feel luxurious. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the robot delivering my takeout straight to my door—just make sure to include your room number when ordering, or it might get sent to the wrong place. Free laundry and drying service is such a convenient bonus, especially during busy travel days. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from.
