Staying at Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk from the subway station, making it super convenient to explore all of Seoul. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and communicating in English was seamless throughout our stay. We booked the Minnie Mouse-themed suite, which was adorable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated—so much charm! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was impressive—fresh, varied, and delicious, with both Western and Korean options. From check-in to checkout, everything felt smooth and well-organized. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, service, and value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul, whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with family.

Staying at The Plaza Seoul, Autograph Collection was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—right next to the subway station with a direct underground walkway leading straight to Lotte Department Store in Myeongdong. I've been here twice now, and each time I leave feeling like I made the perfect choice. The pool and fitness center are standout features—spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with top-tier machines. I made it back to the gym twice during my visit, and I’ll definitely be returning just for that. Special thanks to the front desk staff—both times they managed to get me checked in early, which made my arrival so much smoother. It’s clear this hotel truly values guest experience. Comfortable, convenient, and full of little touches that make all the difference. Highly recommended!
