We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

Staying at Titan Times Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s prime location just steps away from the Yu Xiang Gate Metro Station, making it super easy to explore major attractions in Xi’an without hassle. Public transport access is excellent, and everything you need—from local eateries to convenience stores—is within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. When I accidentally forgot my towel, they promptly brought a replacement without any delay. Their willingness to address concerns quickly made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, great comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Xi’an!

The room itself was spotless, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and high-quality bathroom amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. And let’s talk about the fourth-floor pool and gym—accessible for free with our room key. The pool water was crystal clear, fresh, and completely odor-free, making it perfect for a refreshing swim. Afterward, I hit the gym and loved the clean, well-equipped space. It’s rare to find such thoughtful touches and excellent facilities in one place. I accidentally left behind a keychain with a photo of my family—a handmade keepsake from my child—on the counter while rushing to catch my train after check-out. It wasn’t until I reached the station that I realized it was gone, and panic set in. That little keychain held more than just keys—it carried irreplaceable memories. I decided to reach out to the hotel, hoping for any help. To my surprise, Xiao Zhu answered right away, speaking with such calm kindness: "Don’t worry, we’ve kept it safe for you. Would you prefer to come back to pick it up, or should we send it via express delivery?" When she learned I’d already left the city, she immediately offered to ship it free of charge—using SF Express—and even took extra care to wrap it securely in bubble wrap to protect the photo. The next afternoon, the package arrived. Inside, everything was intact, and tucked beneath the keychain was a handwritten note: "Wishing you a smooth journey—may this cherished keychain continue to guard your safety." Just a small act, but it brought tears to my eyes. This experience reminded me that true hospitality isn’t about rules or protocols—it’s about genuine empathy, attention to detail, and treating guests like people, not transactions.
