Staying at Honglu Garden Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou Huimin Street Branch) was an absolutely delightful experience, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Sha Sha—her kindness and genuine warmth made a huge difference. I traveled with my dog, and due to a shipping company mix-up, he arrived in Xi’an earlier than expected. I reached out to the hotel for help, and Sha Sha immediately stepped in to pick him up. When I arrived late at night, my pup was calm, happy, and showed no signs of stress. Even better, she had already cleaned his travel carrier, provided plenty of food and fresh warm water, and made sure everything was ready for his comfort. The housekeeping staff were equally attentive—when I returned from taking my dog out for a walk midday, the room was spotless and freshly tidied. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, down to the smallest detail. This place truly values pets and their owners, offering not just accommodation but a real sense of home. If you're traveling with your furry friend and want a reliable, welcoming, and thoughtful stay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering. Highly recommended!

The bedding was incredibly comfortable — I slept like a baby. The host’s service stood out: prompt, friendly, and genuinely attentive. For the price, the value is outstanding. I wish I had more time to relax in the ground-floor movie corner with the projector — it would’ve been perfect for a quiet night in. Noise levels are generally excellent; no sound from neighboring rooms. There’s a slight echo in the hallway due to the staircase layout when people walk up or down, but it’s not disruptive at all. As someone sensitive to noise, I found it completely manageable. Plus, there are plenty of shared bikes right outside, making it super easy to explore local food spots on two wheels. If you’re visiting during low season, just give them a quick call ahead to confirm check-in time — it helps the host plan their day and ensures a smooth arrival.

Courtyard by Marriott Xi'an North

We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

I was especially impressed by the hotel’s prime location just steps away from the Yu Xiang Gate Metro Station, making it super easy to explore major attractions in Xi’an without hassle. Public transport access is excellent, and everything you need—from local eateries to convenience stores—is within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. When I accidentally forgot my towel, they promptly brought a replacement without any delay. Their willingness to address concerns quickly made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, great comfort, and top-notch hospitality. And let’s talk about the fourth-floor pool and gym—accessible for free with our room key. The pool water was crystal clear, fresh, and completely odor-free, making it perfect for a refreshing swim. The location is perfect—right next to the metro station and surrounded by shopping malls with tons of dining options. Getting around town is super convenient, and everything you need is just a short walk away.
