To my surprise, she upgraded my room and even left fresh fruit upon arrival. When I mentioned I’d be traveling with a child, she proactively arranged kid-friendly amenities, and the room came equipped with a mini-bar—thoughtful touches that really stood out. As a long-standing five-star property, the service level is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wulin Night Market, and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake.
