The hotel is brand new and the facilities are top-notch—everything you could want is available, from modern amenities to thoughtful touches throughout. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day; the housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive. What really stood out was the location—right on the banks of the Xiang River. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. That kind of care goes a long way. This place exceeded all expectations—great value, fantastic atmosphere, and unforgettable views. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

The front desk staff, Lisha, was incredibly friendly, professional, and warm—the kind of service that truly reflects the InterContinental standard. Located right next to Changsha Museum and Beichen Hui Mall, the hotel offers easy access to culture, shopping, and scenic walks along the river. Stayed here with my ex-girlfriend, and honestly, the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed getaway. The hotel is conveniently located near Guanshaling Metro Station, making it easy to explore downtown Changsha by subway. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and feel modern—definitely not outdated. Everything from the furnishings to the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We received a complimentary coffee from Kuddi (went with the Golden Award Americano), which was delicious and just the right boost after a long day. We also got a discount voucher for Huaxia Liangzi in West Changsha City Hall, though we didn’t get to use it this time. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, cleanliness, service, and added perks make this a strong recommendation. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at Meisu Yunman Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious and well-designed with two beds, plus a small console in between that made it easy to watch videos or play music—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Right outside the door is the Liugouyu Metro Station, making it super convenient to get around town: just a short ride to Wuyi Square, Puzi Street, and Du Fu River Pavilion. I even got to try the famous Changsha Tea Yan, which lived up to the hype. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming—especially when they noticed we were traveling as a family. They proactively offered to switch us into a twin-bed room that better suited our needs. We also received thoughtful little gifts upon arrival. The sleep quality was excellent—quiet and comfortable throughout the night. My only minor suggestion would be if the floor level could be slightly higher for even better views, but overall, this place is a real gem in Changsha.

Staying at the Exotic W Hotel in Changsha was an absolute delight. Located in the heart of the West District, it's just a short metro ride from Yuelu Mountain—perfect for nature lovers. The neighborhood is packed with great local eateries, convenience stores, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Getting to the main shopping district is easy via metro, making travel stress-free. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with smart technology that made everything convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured excellent dry-wet separation—a real plus. I also appreciated the on-site gym and laundry facilities, which added extra convenience. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of variety, and my kids were thrilled with the options. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and location. Definitely going back next time!

Hilton Changsha Riverside

Staying at Hilton Changsha Riverside was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning view of the city skyline and river lights at night—truly breathtaking. The hotel facilities are top-notch: clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a great fitness center and swimming pool. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. I highly recommend the burger—it was hands-down better than any I’ve had at other chain restaurants. Room service was prompt and friendly, and the food arrived hot and perfectly prepared. Special thanks to Diana, our front desk hostess—her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Every aspect of this stay exceeded expectations. If you're visiting Changsha, this is definitely a hotel worth booking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.

Empark Grand Hotel

The hotel is incredibly clean and quiet, making it a peaceful retreat in the heart of Changsha. I especially want to commend Xinxin at the front desk—her warm, attentive service made a huge difference. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is unbeatable: right next to shopping districts and just steps away from the bustling Sifangping Night Market. Plus, you can take a short cruise on the riverfront at the Delta area—perfect for a relaxing evening stroll or photos. The amenities are top-notch, with a well-maintained pool and a modern fitness center. Cleanliness is impressive—every corner feels spotless. And the bonus? Free late check-out until 2 PM, which gave us extra flexibility to enjoy our trip without rushing. Overall, this is an exceptional value for the quality and convenience. I’d definitely come back.

Pearl River Garden Hotel Changsha

Staying in a family room here was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a small family trip. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile, and the housekeeping team kept everything clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight—wide variety of options, both local and international, with fresh ingredients and good quality. Location is excellent: right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore popular spots like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. Right outside the hotel, there's a great local Hunan restaurant and another one called 'Yan Changsha'—highly recommended but requires advance booking. With such convenience, great food nearby, and top-notch service, this place offers incredible value. Definitely planning to come back.
