Staying in a family room here was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a small family trip. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile, and the housekeeping team kept everything clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight—wide variety of options, both local and international, with fresh ingredients and good quality. Location is excellent: right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore popular spots like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. Right outside the hotel, there's a great local Hunan restaurant and another one called 'Yan Changsha'—highly recommended but requires advance booking. With such convenience, great food nearby, and top-notch service, this place offers incredible value. Definitely planning to come back.

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and everything feels very accessible. One of the biggest pluses? Free parking—huge relief if you're driving. I missed breakfast since I overslept, but I’ve heard it’s well-rated and offers good variety. All in all, this hotel delivers great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Changsha.

The air conditioning in the room was powerful and efficient; after a long day exploring, stepping back into the room felt like coming home to warmth and comfort. Cleanliness was outstanding—the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, leaving every corner spotless, including under the bed. It gave us total peace of mind. Location-wise, it’s perfect: right outside the subway station, making it super convenient to get around downtown Changsha or head to nearby attractions. And the breakfast? Fantastic! They served a variety of dishes, and I especially loved the local stinky tofu—it was bold, flavorful, and totally worth trying. This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Chazishan Metro Station, making it super easy to explore downtown or the financial district. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so grabbing a bite or picking up essentials is effortless. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent cleanliness throughout. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and combined with fantastic soundproofing, I slept like a baby all night. Hot water came on strong and steady, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for streaming or working remotely. Staff were genuinely warm and attentive from check-in to check-out; they responded to requests quickly and made me feel right at home. Every little detail showed real care. With such great value and top-tier service, this place is now firmly on my list of go-to hotels when visiting Changsha. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is spotlessly clean and very welcoming—the owner is incredibly warm and helpful, offering great local tips that made our stay even better. The room itself is simple but well-maintained with all the essentials: clean linens, good lighting, and functional amenities. What really stands out is the location—just a short walk from a bus stop, making it super convenient to get around town without needing a taxi. And right downstairs? A whole street full of restaurants and street food stalls! From local snacks to hearty meals, there’s something for every craving. It’s rare to find such a comfortable, affordable place with this level of convenience and charm. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

I've stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stood out. The location is excellent—just a short subway ride to the city center, with plenty of dining options nearby and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. What really impressed me was the staff, especially the employee working on the 13th floor—extremely friendly, proactive, and helpful. They went out of their way to print documents for me and answered all my questions with genuine care. The service, cleanliness, and convenience all score top marks. Staying at the Exotic W Hotel in Changsha was an absolute delight. Located in the heart of the West District, it's just a short metro ride from Yuelu Mountain—perfect for nature lovers. The neighborhood is packed with great local eateries, convenience stores, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Getting to the main shopping district is easy via metro, making travel stress-free. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with smart technology that made everything convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured excellent dry-wet separation—a real plus. I also appreciated the on-site gym and laundry facilities, which added extra convenience. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of variety, and my kids were thrilled with the options. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and location. Definitely going back next time!

The hotel is brand new and the facilities are top-notch—everything you could want is available, from modern amenities to thoughtful touches throughout. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day; the housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive. What really stood out was the location—right on the banks of the Xiang River. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. That kind of care goes a long way. This place exceeded all expectations—great value, fantastic atmosphere, and unforgettable views. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

The package I booked during Double 11 included breakfast, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The room is perfectly positioned with a direct view of the Xiang River, offering stunning nighttime views of the opposite bank's light show—truly magical. The window seat features a chaise lounge perfect for lounging while soaking in the scenery; I couldn’t stop staring out the window. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a clean separation between wet and dry areas, plus there’s a deep soaking tub—ideal for unwinding after a long day. The front desk staff, Lisha, was incredibly friendly, professional, and warm—the kind of service that truly reflects the InterContinental standard. Located right next to Changsha Museum and Beichen Hui Mall, the hotel offers easy access to culture, shopping, and scenic walks along the river. Spend your mornings basking in the sun by the water or enjoy the golden hour sunset in the evening—this place feels like a peaceful escape without being far from everything. It’s not just a stay; it’s an experience. Highly recommend!
