Housekeeping staff were very attentive; the cleaning lady greeted me daily with genuine care and even asked if I needed anything, which added a personal touch. Breakfast included sandwiches that were delicious, though served a bit early—perfect for early risers but tough for night owls like me! The service was outstanding from start to finish: front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and even before check-in, I already felt welcomed and supported. It’s clear this hotel values guest comfort and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Harbin—great location, great vibe, and great value.

Crystal Orange Hotel Harbin Central Avenue Zhuozhan Center

Getting to major attractions like Central Avenue is super convenient—just a short taxi ride or subway trip, often within a base fare. I stayed in a business king room, which featured modern amenities and a sleek, minimalist design. The zero-gravity mattress was incredibly comfortable, paired with soft down pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout—no complaints there. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. Some guests have mentioned poor sound insulation; you might hear noise from hallway delivery robots at night. Also, during winter months, the room can feel dry and overly warm, so those sensitive to humidity should be mindful. Overall, if you value convenience, good room quality, and easy access to local sights—whether traveling for business or leisure—this is a solid choice. Just consider requesting a quieter room in advance if peace and quiet are essential to your stay.

Manju Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station Wanda)

Rezen Dong Hotel (Harbin Railway Station)

Staying at Rezen Dong Hotel was a fantastic experience, especially given its unbeatable location just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. Everything we wanted to visit—Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, Dao Li Market, and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market—is within easy reach, making it perfect for exploring Harbin on foot. The highlight for us was the free parking lot, which made our family road trip so much more convenient. Just a heads-up: be sure to reserve a spot in advance, as spaces fill up quickly. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. One small note—while the double-bed room is cozy, it could use a bit more space, especially if you're traveling with bulky winter luggage. That said, the value for money and convenience really make this hotel stand out.

Every staff member went above and beyond—helping carry heavy luggage upon check-in and even offering assistance during check-out, especially when Guo from the front desk personally helped me with my bags. Yan from the front desk was equally warm and professional. The housekeeping staff, Auntie Yan, was also incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The room itself is spacious with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Hot showers were excellent, and the convenience of having two washing machines and two dryers on our floor made laundry stress-free—ideal for longer stays. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I highly recommend checking out 'Yuanxiangju,' a local noodle and soup bun restaurant just steps away. The owner is welcoming, the food is delicious, and prices are very reasonable—try their soup buns and hand-pulled noodles! Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, outstanding hospitality, and a home-like atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Harbin again.
