Any small issues were resolved quickly and professionally, with a friendly attitude throughout. Located just steps from the metro and close to Wanda Plaza, it’s super convenient for exploring the area. Great value for money and perfect for gamers or anyone looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay. Definitely coming back!

One quirky detail: the bathroom faucet is extremely tall—despite being 5'6" (around 168 cm), I still had to stretch just to reach the clothesline! That’s some authentic Russian design for you. Inside, the heating system works so well that you forget it’s freezing outside—perfect for winter visits. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just steps from Metro Line 2, making trips to the Ice and Snow World only 3 stops away, while Central Street and Red Star Market are within walking distance. There’s no shortage of local eats nearby—great barbecue spots and traditional “pig slaughter” dishes for hungry travelers. Bonus: the key card can be duplicated, which is super convenient for late-night returns. Service is a bit routine—understandable given the high foot traffic in this commercial area—but could use a little more warmth and personal touch. We happened to be here during Christmas, and the decorations created such a magical atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Breakfast included turkey, and the kids were thrilled with their little snowman gifts. Our room was on the second floor with a small balcony—such a thoughtful touch! The kids could play in the snow outside, then quickly warm up inside when needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and even helped capture some amazing family photos that truly felt like a fairytale. It was such a special experience, especially for the children. I can’t wait to come back—it’s definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Harbin.

After learning we’d braved the cold the day before, he personally handed us cozy hand warmers and heated insoles. We wore them that night and were amazed by how much warmer and more comfortable we felt. Breakfast was an absolute surprise—the dining supervisor, Auntie Huang, even brought a 3D-printed yogurt for our little one with a smile, saying, 'A great day starts with a delicious breakfast.' That moment stole our child’s heart: he refused to leave the hotel the next morning, even when the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market called his name. He kept asking, 'Can we go back to eat Auntie Huang’s special yogurt?' Such thoughtful touches make this stay unforgettable. Truly, the warmth here goes beyond just the heat—it's real human kindness.

Their knowledge and personal touch instantly made us feel connected to the city, not just as guests but as visitors welcomed with heart. The dining team also stood out, especially Ms. Wang Jinxia. When they got tired, we were back in the room within minutes—no need to rush or deal with long commutes. Plus, it's incredibly close to Central Street; walking there takes less than five minutes, perfect for exploring local night markets and trying authentic Harbin snacks. There’s an amazing variety of dining options nearby, making mealtime stress-free even with little ones. The rooms are spacious and bright, giving kids plenty of room to run around safely. Unlike other hotels where you’re forced to join crowded dining areas or even queue for breakfast, here everything felt calm and seamless. Even at the same price point, most properties don’t proactively explain room amenities or benefits—some guests end up missing perks because staff forget to apply them. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships. I booked through the platform because the Marriott app didn’t suit my style, but regardless of booking channel, The Ritz-Carlton remains the gold standard in luxury hospitality.
