While there was a slight hiccup during room booking, the front desk staff, Miss Zhang, was incredibly helpful and got us sorted out in no time. From the moment we arrived on the mountain, every detail was thoughtfully handled—from the driver who welcomed us with a smile, to the restaurant supervisor and service staff who went above and beyond. Even the housekeeping team showed genuine care throughout our stay. One standout moment was seeing Mr. Liu personally leading training sessions or meetings at the parking area; it’s clear his team is well-trained and genuinely passionate about hospitality. And of course, the famous Baiyun Pork Trotters lived up to their reputation—we ordered them multiple times! The peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and authentic local flavors made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized escape with exceptional service.

We stayed in the Garden Room, which features a warm, natural wood aesthetic and has some of the tallest ceilings I’ve seen in similar hotels in Guangzhou. The spacious layout feels open and airy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook lush greenery. Waking up to that view first thing in the morning instantly lifts your mood. One of the coolest touches? Food delivery arrives via robot—super convenient. And if your meal gets cold, the room comes with a microwave so you can reheat it right away. Total relaxation mode: unlocked. Service is also top-notch—special shoutout to Dana, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. She made the stay feel personal and memorable. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt. The room itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with subtle Lingnan-inspired touches. The bedding was heavenly—so soft and comfortable, it instantly melted away any fatigue. I slept like a baby, truly rejuvenated by morning. Every little detail shows how much care the team puts into guest experience. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was fresh and odor-free—so clean and well-maintained. The third-floor gym and pool were top-notch: modern equipment, always tidy, and perfect for a morning swim to start the day right. Special shoutout to front desk staff member Xiao Tang—so friendly, patient, and helpful with every question. Every team member I interacted with, from housekeeping to restaurant staff, showed genuine care and attention to detail. The location is incredibly convenient—close to transit and surrounded by great dining options. For the comfort, service, and value, this hotel is an absolute winner.
