Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. The location is fantastic—just a 7-10 minute walk from Baiyun Culture Plaza Metro Station (Line 2), making it super easy to explore downtown or head over to Baiyun Mountain. If you're driving, there's free parking on-site with ample space—no stress searching for a spot. We stayed in the Garden Room, which features a warm, natural wood aesthetic and has some of the tallest ceilings I’ve seen in similar hotels in Guangzhou. The spacious layout feels open and airy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook lush greenery. Waking up to that view first thing in the morning instantly lifts your mood. One of the coolest touches? Food delivery arrives via robot—super convenient. And if your meal gets cold, the room comes with a microwave so you can reheat it right away. Even the housekeeping team showed genuine care throughout our stay. One standout moment was seeing Mr. Liu personally leading training sessions or meetings at the parking area; it’s clear his team is well-trained and genuinely passionate about hospitality. And of course, the famous Baiyun Pork Trotters lived up to their reputation—we ordered them multiple times! The peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and authentic local flavors made this trip unforgettable. There’s also a long-standing local favorite right downstairs—Yinji Rice Noodle Shop—where the fresh steamed rice rolls are absolutely delicious and worth a stop for breakfast. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The room itself is spacious, well-maintained, and immaculately clean. Hot water in the shower is strong and consistent—perfect after a long day. The best part? Waking up to a sunrise through the window; it’s peaceful, serene, and truly makes the stay special.
