The soundproofing is excellent; I barely heard any noise from outside, which made for a peaceful night’s rest. Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion. Our housekeeper, Xiao Tang, brought fresh fruit that tasted sweet and refreshing, and room attendant Miss Tian left behind not just a spotless room but also a little note with honey—a small gesture, but it truly touched my heart. The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times during our visits to the city, and it’s always been our top choice. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. Everything I needed was there: a helpful ironing board, modern amenities, and plenty of storage. The fitness center and laundry facilities were spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. Don’t miss out on iconic local eateries like De Hua Lou and Cai Lin Ji—great food within walking distance. The room itself isn’t huge, but the open-air balcony offers a fantastic view of the night skyline and a glimpse of the Yangtze River. The bedding and amenities are comfortable and well-maintained. For the location and overall experience, this is definitely one of the best value-for-money boutique hotels in the area.

My room was clean, well-sized, and surprisingly quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel offers great amenities: a laundry room, fitness center, dryer, and even an ironing board with a steamer—so practical for business travelers. The robot delivery service was a fun touch, adding a bit of futuristic charm. Breakfast was a highlight—authentic Wuhan beef noodles and reba (hot dry noodles), both delicious and satisfying. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained—definitely a highlight of the stay. The only minor issue was the heating system in the air conditioning; even on cool mode, it blew out warm air, making it uncomfortably hot at night. I ended up turning it off completely, but still felt warm. A small adjustment to the temperature settings would make a big difference. That said, the location is fantastic—just a short walk to Tiandi and Lihuangpi Road, both full of charm and great for exploring.
